I am….a lover of lattes, kitchen gadget junkie, organic foodie, herbivore, craft beer drinker, catering assistant.  Can’t help but sneak a taste of that brownie batter before it goes into the oven.  I bake to relax, to explore my creativity, to satisfy my endless sweet tooth. 

Penn State graduate, now living in the Philly suburbs with my husband—my favorite recipe tester.  Happiest when I’m hanging with my hubby, doodling around on the piano, and when I’m in the kitchen, speckled with flour and melted chocolate.

My recipes won’t be complicated.  I will always use real ingredients (Always butter, never margarine.  No fake sugars or processed crappity-crap here). I’ll post my tips and tricks, and make the mistakes so you don’t have to. Mostly desserts and sweet treats, but I may throw in a soup or salad recipe here and there.  Sometimes I’ll incorporate healthy things…like flax, whole wheat flour, agave nectar…but sometimes, only butter, sugar, and heavy cream will do.  And that is just fine with me.
